a magical stay near the eiffel tower..

The location proved fabulous. i easily walked to the eiffel tower and the avenue des champs-elysees. the room included amazing eiffel tower views. It was totally worth it. the breakfast offered fresh options every morning with multiple choices. the room itself was always very clean.
i found a slight issue as the temperature control wasn't working optimally, i needed assistance from the reception a few times.

The hotel is conveniently close to many attractions. the proximity to the champs élysées is also beneficial. i enjoyed being a short walk from iéna metro station. It made travel simple.

the breakfast was quite good. it included fresh pastries and a variety of cheeses. the location was also convenient (close to a metro station). the room was modern and clean.
the water pressure in the shower was weak. i had to ask reception three times to adjust the heating. the mirror in the bathroom was broken (i noticed it upon arrival).

The location was great. i easily walked to many attractions. the staff were lovely. they sent balloons to my room for my birthday. the room was clean as new. I felt very comfortable. the hamman and sauna access was complimentary!
The lobby was a bit noisy at times. I noticed this during my brief waits.

the staff were genuinely helpful and friendly. they seemed to anticipate needs. the front desk arranged balloons for my birthday, a thoughtful touch. i found them always willing to assist with directions and recommendations for local restaurants.

The room was very clean. it offered comfort with a quiet atmosphere. the bed was comfortable. i particularly enjoyed the steamer available. It was very practical. i also appreciated the availability to cast on the tv.

The location was okay. Easy to walk to some sights.
They put the heat on at night, but i couldn't change it to air conditioning. Who sleeps with the heat on? the rooms felt ridiculously small, i had to climb on the bed to get to the bathroom. also, they almost charged me again even though i had paid online.

the location was convenient to several metro stations. it made travelling around the city relatively easy. the staff was friendly and always ready to help with directions. my room was clean and looked well maintained.
the room i had was quite small. it felt cramped, especially with luggage. there was no room service available. this was inconvenient when i wanted a late-night snack.
